no later than Monday, April 20, 2009. Additionally, at its March 19, 2009 meeting, the Board of Directors named David Lavoie to the position of Board Chairman. In this role, Mr. Lavoie will chair meetings of the Board of Directors, and assist in providing direction on Association policies and long-term planning. |
